• Titanium drive shafts, 7075 aluminum chassis, and carbon-fiber parts to cut weight without giving up rigidity.
• Dropped the gear ratio from 8:1 to 4:1, added no-slip diffs, and selected every component down to ceramic bearings.
• Thermal limits on the ESC, limited suspension for consistent downforce, and an auto-correcting heading controller to keep a straight line at speed.
